About Me

Christian is an analytics engineer based in Laredo, Texas, with four years turning logistics operations data into production pipelines and decision tools. He spent most of it as the sole data and analytics engineer for J.B. Hunt's Mexico cross-border operations, working in Databricks, PySpark and Delta Lake — carrier data pipelines, an AI document scraper on the Gemini API, real-time alerting, and geospatial container tracking through rail yards. He has a knack for finding the operational problem underneath a data request, and for building the interface that makes people actually use the answer, lately in Next.js and TypeScript. Native English and Spanish, working out of the border city he grew up in.
